We are an out-of-network provider. This allows us to keep our cost low for everyone even when insurance would decide to stop covering your care. It's like what a copay would be around, about $50-55 an adjustment.

How many visits will I need?

There isn't a way for us to know your body's rate of healing until we can assess what's going on with you. That decision is up to the Doctor after he does his exam.

When will I get adjusted?

Our doctors will usually adjust you on your first visit after a thorough exam to ensure you are adjusted safely and appropriately.

Yes! It's very important for the Chiropractor to see exactly how things are misaligned in your spine to properly correct your spinal misalignments. We never want to guess when it comes to your health, so it's very important before a Chiropractor ever touches your spine, they take X-Rays to ensure they are not going in blindfolded.

Dr. Holden

Dr. Holden was raised here in Lafayette, LA. He graduated from ULL in 2017 with a Bachelor's in Science, Kinesiology, focus in Exercise Science. He then went on to earn a Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) at Life University in Atlanta, GA, where he graduated at the beginning of 2021 with honors. While at Life University, he served as the Gonstead club President and Vice President.

Dr. Holden exclusively practices the Gonstead and Webster technique. He is committed to pursue clinical excellence in the science, art, and philosophy of chiropractic.

In his free time, Dr. Holden enjoys spending time with family, friends, and of course his dogs. He loves playing soccer and golf, running, exercising, cooking, traveling, attending chiropractic seminars, and listening to educational podcasts.
